Ideal for a small cleanup, a few pieces of furniture, boxes, bags or several bulky household items.
½ Trailer Load
A good fit for larger cleanouts, several pieces of furniture or junk from multiple rooms.
¾ Trailer Load
Designed for major cleanouts, renovation debris or a substantial amount of household junk.
Full Trailer Load
Our largest option for full property cleanouts, major renovations or large volumes of unwanted material.

HEAVY AND SPECIAL ITEMS
Dense or unusually heavy materials cannot always be priced by trailer space alone. Concrete, bricks, soil, sod, gravel, roofing shingles, tiles, drywall and similar materials may require separate pricing based on their type, weight, quantity and the labor needed to move them.
Tires, refrigerant-containing appliances and other items with special disposal fees may also be quoted separately. Acceptance depends on the item and quantity, so please tell us about these materials when requesting your quote.

Long carrying distances
Dismantling or additional labor
Very heavy or oversized items
Parking or access restrictions
Travel outside our regular service area
Multiple trailer loads or return trips
We’ll explain any additional charges before beginning. There are no surprise additions after you approve the final quote unless the amount or type of material changes.

For most household and commercial junk, your price is based on volume—how much space your items take up inside our 6 × 10 enclosed trailer. A few boxes or one piece of furniture will cost less than a large basement, garage or property cleanout.
Send us photos for an initial estimate. When we arrive, we’ll inspect the items and confirm the final price before loading anything. No work begins until you approve the quote.
